All our products are digital and non-returnable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns on digital products once they have been delivered or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

• Duplicate purchases
• Product not received and no download attempt made
• Technical issues on our end preventing product access

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase with details and proof. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests.

Approved refunds will be credited only to the customer's VKAY Unlocker wallet. Refunds to bank accounts, UPI IDs, cards, or any other external payment methods are not available. Wallet balance can be used to purchase any service available on our website.
