• You are a mobile repair professional or authorized technician

• You are the legal owner of the device OR have explicit permission from the device owner to perform the requested service

• The device is not stolen, blacklisted, or involved in any illegal activity

• You are fully aware of the technical process, risks, and outcomes of mobile software operations

You also agree that:

• You are solely responsible for verifying the ownership and legality of the device before placing any order

• You will use our services only for legitimate repair and servicing purposes

VKAY Mobiles acts only as a technical service provider and does not verify device ownership.

We shall not be held responsible for:

• Any misuse of our services

• Any illegal activities performed using our platform

• Any claims arising from unauthorized device access

Any violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension of service without notice.

3. No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once successfully delivered.

Refunds will only be considered in the following case:

• If the service is not delivered due to server/API failure from our side

No refund will be provided if:

• Customer provides incorrect details (IMEI, model, etc.)

• Device has hardware issues

• Customer cancels after service has started

• Service is completed successfully

4. Service Delivery

• Most services are delivered instantly or within the mentioned time

• Some services may take longer depending on server availability

• Delays caused by third-party tools or servers are beyond our control

5. Risk Disclaimer

By using our service, you agree that:
